Everlast Speed Bag 9X6
I am so impressed with this bag. For the last 5 or 6 years I had another bag I bought from Amazon.com …. both are the9″ bag and the last one said it was gyro balanced and when I got it I was disappointed it was kind of slow so I just chalked off to me being older but still using a heavy bag and a speed bag for hand to eye coordination. It’s good for the arms and hands as one ages.
